Fernando Pohina is a dedicated financial professional who has built a wealth practice focused on employer retirement plans. As his business owner clients looked for ways to save more for retirement, retain top talent, and prepare for business transitions, Fernando recognized the need for advanced strategies beyond traditional planning.
This led him to specialize in the design and compliance of both Qualified and Non-Qualified retirement plans, with a focus on Cash Balance and Non-Qualified Deferred Compensation solutions. His expertise is supported by designations and continuing education through NAPA, RPAG, and Osaic.
With 17 years of experience as a financial advisor—and over a decade with ARG—Fernando also brings deep insight into practice management, marketing, and growth strategies.
